The Lekker Camper converted Volkswagen Microbus 2.3i is a spirited little Campervan. It is the ideal camper to go travelling around South Africa. It is easy to drive, reliable, light on fuel and can go where all normal cars can. The campervans are 2-berth and based on the VW Microbus chassis. The vehicles have been internally custom modified by the Lekker engineers to ensure a comfortable journey and holiday experience. The interior of the vehicles is modern, clean, funky, ergonomical and cosy.

The back seat easily & quickly folds down to form a large comfortable double bed with a lekker comfy mattress. Freshly ironed pillows, sheets & double duvet are provided to ensure a lekker slaap. Within seconds you can neatly fold away the mattress to make a private storage box for use during the day.

The large slide-open door offers extended living space when seated in the dining area. A gas stove with grill, washing up unit and all cooking utensils are found in the compact out-swing kitchen. This 2-berth mini motorhome comes equipped with everything you need - stainless steel cutlery, crockery, braai/bbq grid and a whistling kettle that reminds you that you are on holiday.

The 12V/220V fridge runs off the vehicle's battery, so it will always keep your food cold whilst you are cruising. When you stop at a campsite, we provide a 220V extension lead and fitted multi plug which will allow you to plug into all powered campsites. This also gives you an opportunity to charge any other appliances you may have - for example: your camera batteries, cellphone or laptop.

Every Lekker camper has everything that you need in order to relax on your holiday in South Africa. All the campervan interiors are decorated to an extremely high standard - they are modern and comfortable. Each camper has a uniquely decorated interior including cushions and curtains that wrap around the entire inside of the vehicle, meaning that you can have complete privacy when you want it and maximise on the space available in the interior.

Storage is provided in custom designed drawers and cupboards. Lekker Camper can safely store any luggage and/or bags that you may wish to leave behind (at no extra charge of course!). An easy & quick to install outdoor awning is provided to protect you against the African sun, providing great shade. Large captains camping chairs and a solid table are provided to sit outside.
